Today, the only solid items on my agenda were sleeping and baking. So after my 2+ hour morning nap (thanks, Little Guy), I got to baking:
One batch of chocolate chip cookies, half of which have walnuts.
One batch of bran muffins. There's my breakfast for the week.
Plus, I had enough batter left over for a really large bran cake. Bonus bran!
One angel food cake. These are supposed to cool upside down on a bottle. Doesn't it look like a lamp?

Top that angel food cake with fresh strawberries and whipped cream, and dessert is served.
There is cake under there, I swear.
