1/2 cup o...1 German chocolate cake mix (dry)<br />2 eggs<br />1/2 cup oil<br />1/2 Andes mint<br /><br />Mix first 3 ingredients together, drop by spoonful (or use a cookie scooper) onto an ungreased cookie sheet, bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes. When you remove them from the oven put half of the Andes mint on the top, wait for it to melt a little and smear around with the back of a spoon. They aren't excatly a thin mint; but they are pretty darn close. It helps tide me over until it is Girl Scout cookie time again! :-)<br /><br />Beth in OregonAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
